Encryption in transit and at rest

Application traffic, uploaded asset imagery and creative files are encrypted with TLS in transit and AES-256 at rest.

Role-based access

Sales, operations and finance teams see the records their role covers. Permissions are set per user, so a campaign coordinator does not need access to invoices to do their job.

Tenant isolation

Each media owner’s inventory, proposals, campaigns and invoices are scoped to their own tenant. No customer data is shared between tenants.

Traceable commercial records

Proposals carry their versions, campaigns carry the proposal they came from, and invoices carry both — so the commercial history of a deal can be reconstructed rather than remembered.
